At WallcoveringSmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened wallpaper rolls. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with the manufacturer labels intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or through your account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened wallpaper rolls back into their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your return package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resaleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
